At Garlic & Thyme, we want you to love your meals and feel confident ordering from us. Because our products are perishable, we have a few simple rules around cancellations and refunds:
Cancellations
  • Orders may be canceled or changed up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery.
  • To request a change or cancellation, please email us at [insert email] with your order number.
Refunds
  • Due to the perishable nature of our meals, we cannot offer refunds once meals have been delivered.
  • If there is an issue with your order (such as missing items, damaged packaging, or incorrect delivery), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Quality Promise
  • All meals are prepared fresh, vacuum-sealed, and delivered frozen to maintain quality.
  • Please move your meals to the freezer immediately after delivery to keep them safe. Garlic & Thyme is not responsible for meals left unrefrigerated after delivery.
