Your meals are prepared fresh in our commercial kitchen and frozen. No added preservatives just wholesome ingredients, ready to cook.

Delivered to Your Door
We are currently serving Virginia Beach, Norfolk & Chesapeake on designated nights each week. Your meals arrive frozen and ready for the freezer until you’re ready to cook.

Cook & Enjoy
Thaw, then simply cook in your slow cooker or pressure cooker.
