Your meals are prepared fresh in our commercial kitchen and frozen. No added preservatives just wholesome ingredients, ready to cook.

Delivery to Your Door
We deliver across Hampton Roads on designated nights each week. Your meals arrive frozen and ready for the freezer until you’re ready to cook.

Thaw, then simply cook in your slow cooker or pressure cooker.
