All meals are freshly prepared in our commercial kitchen, vacuum-sealed, and delivered frozen. They go straight from your doorstep into your freezer until you’re ready to cook.
We recommend enjoying your meals within 3–4 months for the best flavor and texture.
Our meals are designed for slow cookers and pressure cookers. Most dinners can be cooked low-and-slow all day or in as little as 30 minutes under pressure. We also suggest using a blender with some recipes.
At this time, meals are set from our rotating monthly menu. This helps us keep things simple, affordable, and consistent. (We do hope to offer a “choose your meals” option in the future!)

We deliver across Hampton Roads on designated nights each week. Your meals arrive frozen in insulated packaging to keep them safe until you get home.

No problem meals are delivered in a cooler bag with ice packs to stay frozen for several hours. (We do recommend moving them to your freezer as soon as you get home.)

Never. We only use ingredients you can pronounce fresh produce, quality proteins, and wholesome seasonings.

We take allergen safety seriously. Each recipe is labeled with potential allergens, and we prep in a commercial kitchen with cross-contact protocols in place.
We focus on balanced, family-friendly meals with lean proteins, wholesome sauces, and lots of sneaky vegetables.

Nope! We currently offer meals by the box no ongoing subscription required. Order when it works best for your family.

Payment is made securely online at checkout when you place your order. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.
