1. Online Store Terms
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our site.
- You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
2. Ordering & Payment
- All orders must be placed through our website.
- Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards.
- Orders may be canceled or changed up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery.
3. Delivery
- We currently deliver to designated cities across Hampton Roads.
- If you are not home, meals will be left in a cooler bag with ice packs. Please move them to your freezer as soon as possible.
- Garlic & Thyme is not responsible for meals left unrefrigerated after delivery.
4. Products & Storage
- Meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen, vacuum-sealed, and delivered frozen.
- Meals should be stored in your freezer upon delivery.
- Meals are intended for preparation in a slow cooker or pressure cooker. Cooking times may vary by equipment.
- Menus rotate monthly and may change based on ingredient availability.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled or changed up to 48 hours before delivery for a full refund.
- After this time, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as meals are already being prepared.
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds once meals are delivered.
- If your order arrives with missing items, damaged packaging, or incorrect delivery, please notify us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
6. Allergies & Nutrition
- Each recipe lists common allergens.
- We prepare meals in a commercial kitchen where cross-contact with allergens may occur. Customers with severe food allergies should use discretion.
- We do not use preservatives or artificial additives — only wholesome ingredients you can pronounce.
7. Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy. Personal information is only used to process your order and communicate with you.
- We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
- Payments are processed securely; we do not store your credit card details.
8. Limitation of Liability
By purchasing and consuming Garlic & Thyme products, you agree that Garlic & Thyme Freezer Meals, LLC is not liable for any injury, illness, or damages arising from the preparation, handling, or consumption of our meals, except as required by law.
